La Grolla’s collection features natural materials and handcrafted items, leading to variations in colour, texture, and finish that enhance their unique character. La Grolla disclaims liability for any changes in artwork due to environmental conditions beyond our control, including quality reduction, colour fading, or damage from mildew, mold, or similar.

Liability

By using La Grolla’s services and products, the purchaser assumes all risks. La Grolla offers no warranties beyond those explicitly stated and is not responsible for damages incurred from the use of the site or products.

Limited Warranty

La Grolla’s products are warranted for 6 months from the sale date against manufacturing faults, as determined by La Grolla’s discretion. This warranty does not cover damage due to environmental conditions or mishandling.

General Care

To preserve the quality of your artwork, avoid direct sunlight, moisture, and extreme temperatures. In coastal regions, consider the potential for corrosion and choose frame materials accordingly.
